StillSpinning.net was born in 2000 on GeoCities as theSilentPlanet. When we decided to upgrade to our own domain and theSilentPlanet was taken, we decided on NowSpinThis. When our free server space got moved to a new machine we got left behind and eventually let our registration expire.
In 2004 the site re-emerged as StillSpinning on blogspot.com and then again on myspace.
On April 1, 2006 we relaunched as StillSpinning on our own domain, stillspinning.net. Currently all posts are written by Jeremy Hohn (BlogMasterJ). We’re using WordPress 1.5 software and are hosted by simple1.net.
